Therefore, combining a laparoscopy with a hysteroscopy is considered the “gold standard” for the ultimate exploration of a woman’s inner reproductive organs.
Finally, a hysterosalpingography is a radiologic procedure, which investigates the shape of the uterine cavity as well as the shape and patency of the fallopian tubes.
